Enige nadeel is dat er een vervelende piep uit komt, verder stelt de output niet teleur en de gehele kwaliteit ook niet.
[Translation]
For the money it is a magically good product.
Only downside is that there is an annoying beep, otherwise the output does not disappoint and the overall quality does not either.

Thank you for the review.
We are not sure what you mean by beep... but is normal that you hear the units motors, ventilator,... in a silent room.
These units are made for parties, discotheques, ... where you won't hear them as soon as you start playing some music.
We do make whisper silent moving heads (specially for theatre, churches, ...) under our other brandname Briteq if you are interested: www.briteq-lighting.com.

It started with a deffect LED from the ring. In itself, JB Systems cannot do much about this, but the way it was replaced was very sloppy. The ring was sticking out, there was a crack in it and there were grease spots on the inside of the lens. Unfortunately this was not the only problem. The devices all turned out to have an error in the software that meant they did not dim, but suddenly switched on from 1-100% and then dimmed. A software upgrade should resolve this. After the upgrade, the dimmer appeared to work, but now the prisms are broken on all lamps with this upgrade. Very unfortunate that a new product is marketed in this way!
[Answer]
Sorry for the inconvenience. Something indeed went wrong during the repair. As discussed last week with your JB Systems supplier, your device will be replaced by a new one.
The 'other' issues you are talking about have already been reported and will be resolved by a firmware update.
[Response]
Thank you for reacting this quickly. I look forward to the new firmware update. (Posted on 5/8/2024)
